As we all deal with the challenges of the global COVID-19 virus, Fat Media remains 100% committed to delivering excellent service to our clients, as well as doing all we can to ensure the welfare of both our staff and clients.
Fat Media remains open for business and our staff are all working remotely. For the past few weeks, we have had practices in place to protect the health of our employees and reduce the risk of virus introduction or spread.
We are encouraging all communications and meetings to take place using video conferencing. Video conferencing is something that we use on a day-to-day basis both internally and externally, so we do not anticipate this change will hinder the usual level of communication we are able to provide to our clients. Our primary tool for this is Microsoft Teams, but we also have back-up systems in place in the event that this service deteriorates.
It is our intention to continue with business as normal, but of course we will all need to be a little flexible to cope with the evolving situation as we all adjust. If it is likely that timescales or service levels on projects will be impacted. If you are a client, your project manager will be in touch with a full briefing, and they will then be able to provide recommendations on the best course of action.
We will continue to provide updates as this develops, but if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
